Integrations

Integrations connect your support channels to FrontDesk, allowing you to manage all customer conversations from a single unified inbox. When customers reach out through connected channels, their messages automatically sync to FrontDesk in real-time.

Setting up integrations

To configure integrations for your organization:

  1. Go to Organization Settings → Integrations
  2. Select the integration you want to set up
  3. Follow the setup instructions for that integration

Available integrations

Support channels

  • Discord: Connect your Discord server to FrontDesk. When users create threads in your support channels, they automatically sync to FrontDesk.

  • Web portal: Customers can create threads through your public support portal
  • Email: Turn your support emails into threads
  • Slack: Connect Slack channels and threads
  • Telegram: Connect Telegram channels
  • WhatsApp: Connect WhatsApp conversations
  • Social media: Connect social media channels

Other integrations

  • Linear: Link your support threads to Linear issues. When an issue is completed, the thread is closed automatically.
